Kick - Jitsu is a combination of kick boxing and ju -jitsu.Kick Jitsu is a martial art, that focuses on high levels of cardio-vascular exercise.
However, it's primarily a form of attack and selfdefence.Kick - Jitsu will work on your strength, stamina, speed, balance and flexibility.
Kick-jitsu teaches a range of techniques,such as Striking - Kicking - Locking - Throwing - Evading -Groundwork
Our students gain speed, strength, flexibility, confidence and street awareness.
